G360 Facilities Management is a provider of professional cleaning services. We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Office Cleaning Officers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

  • General Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the office, including desks, workstations, floors, and restrooms.
  • Waste Removal: Emptying trash and recycling bins.
  • Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, including carpet cleaning as needed.
  • Restroom Cleaning: Sanitizing and restocking restrooms with supplies.
  • Window Cleaning: Cleaning windows and glass surfaces.
  • Other duties as assigned: May include tasks such as high dusting, floor scrubbing, and carpet shampooing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial cleaning preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (may be required).

  • Incident Response:Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
  • Surveillance:Monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
  • Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and employees.
  • Report Writing:Prepare detailed incident reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Security Guard License (if required in your area).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong observation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
